Where are the meetings held?

Usually, clients prefer to meet face-to-face in Twickenham, but I can accommodate meetings at your home, place of work or coffee shop if preferred.

Do you conduct online meetings?

Yes, however, most customers have had enough of Zoom and Teams meetings and prefer to meet in person. We can arrange to meet at a place of your convenience or online; if you prefer.

Do you have free parking?

Yes, I have parking available directly outside my house in Twickenham.

What are your opening hours?

Banks and providers are usually open between 9 am and 5 pm but I’m available for my clients during working hours, after hours and at weekends.

Do you have to pay for an initial ‘discovery’ meeting?

No. There is no cost to you and naturally, the meeting is without any obligation on your part.

Do you have to pay if you wish to proceed with my services?

No, I don’t charge a broker fee for mortgage or insurance advice but the lender or provider might have associated costs.

What do I need to bring to my initial ‘discovery’ meeting?

It is best to bring as much information about your personal and financial situation as you can. Ideally, I like to see proof of identity (e.g. a passport or driving licence) and address (e.g. a recent bank or credit card statement or utility bill, provided it is not a mobile phone bill) and your latest 3 payslips.

How long should I allow for the initial ‘discovery’ meeting?

You should normally expect the meeting to last one hour, although sometimes, depending on the content of the meeting, they can take longer than that.

Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial ‘discovery’ meeting?

No. You can consider things later, at your leisure, and then decide whether you want to take things further.
